Shipping & Returns

For all orders, shipping costs including any applicable taxes and duties are calculated and presented at checkout. We highly recommend prepaying these fees to avoid any unexpected charges upon delivery.

Orders placed between Friday and Sunday will be processed on Monday. While we always strive to meet our processing and delivery timelines, occasional delays may occur due to factors outside our control. Please note that all international shipments are subject to customs clearance, which may impact delivery timing. Once a package has been marked as delivered, JEMMA is not responsible for any lost or missing items.

At JEMMA, we stand behind the quality of every piece we create and offer a lifetime warranty on all of our bags.

If you experience a manufacturing defect, we’ll be happy to make it right with a return or exchange. Please note that items without a manufacturing defect are considered final sale at this time.
