I did write in to ask about the measurements for the bag handle as I have big arms and was reassured that it was plenty big. I do wish the rep had taken the time to simply measure and compare the 37 vs 39. The rest of it was great
I had a dog named Zoey, who was my everything. I nicknamed her JOJO. Zoey passed away suddenly on October 13, 2025. I have been devastated and depressed and cry every day.
My granddaughter couldn't say grandma, so she named me Jemma. Jemma Bags was on my Facebook feed. How it all made sense to me to buy my JOJO from Jemma?

I've owned my Jemma bag for over two years and have loved it. Tons of compliments, the storage capacity is great for work. Holds my Mac, the clutch it comes with, snacks, notebooks, phone, cards, pens, you name it! The clutch is incredibly handy for darting out to a quick lunch or running an errand. Holds phone, cards, chapstick, key, receipts. Sadly the claps on the strap for the clutch just broke and I was heartbroken to see there was not a replacement available online. I reached out to customer service via email just asking for my options and hoping to not have to buy another full bag. Thankfully the team replied to my email right away, I'm talking within 2 hours! They confirmed my issue by asking for a quick photo of the damage. They asked if I wanted an entirely new clutch and I said I would be perfectly happy with a new strap. Within another hour or so I had a link to pay for the strap (totally fine with me given the quality of this stuff). Its on its way to me now! Could not be happier with the bag, the accessories (clutch), and the company! HIGHLY recommend you buy one of these if you are on the fence. I haven't been this happy with a company in a long time.
This bag is absolutely perfect. Sleek and totally useful. The days of things disappearing into a black hole are over. Looking forward to buying more bags. Even the way the bag opens is iconic. Thank you for developing the Traveler.
I've had my eye on this brand for about a year. I'm careful where I spend my purse budget and since this company is new, I wasn't sure if I should try it or not. But I am so glad I did!
I ordered the Emma 32 in Blush and I am just in love!! The leather is beautiful, the color is a perfect sandy pink. I love all the interior organization and its just the right size for me to carry to and fro to work every day.
My big wallet, all my makeup and my ipad mini fit in there great. I have a normal size hairbrush and I keep my business cards and trinkets int he back zipper pocket. The cell slip pocket on the outside back is just perfect for my iPhone too.
I am eyeing the other colors now. I wish brown croc would come back.

I ordered my bag a few months ago so I was not sure if I would like it and was it going to be worth the wait.
Well, it was! I love my bag, I am a realtor and when you meet a client with this bag they feel you are a total professional and that I am on my A-game and will work hard for them. It is everything I hoped it would be and more. Everything has a place and organization is key. This was a big investment for me financially but now that I have it in my hands, it is worth every penny.

5 new Jemma bags in 17 days! Is there a prize? :-) I am thrilled I found this great company. Woman power! I have not received all the bags yet, but the ones I have are incredible. LOVE the quality of the leather, light lining for easy "hunting", LOTS of pockets, key fobs, and great styling. Best for me... the beauty of each bag. I travel a lot and dislike "man bags" (black holes and unexciting designs). Each bag represents the beauty and strength of women. Gotta love that. I also love how every bag is multipurpose and all but the wallet has come with an extra goodie: lunch bag, computer folder/changing mat, 2nd purse, shoe bag, magnetic card case, and toiletry bag. I wish Joanna and her company the best! Keep them coming.

I have had many laptop bags for work over the years that have been very disappointing for many reasons. However, this bag is awesome and just what I was looking for. I like that it stands up firmly without tipping over when my laptop is in it. Also love the different compartments to keep me organized. I was worried that the handle drop would be too short to fit comfortably on my shoulder, but it isn’t, it sits perfectly! Would definitely recommend a to anyone.
